The acid copper process that emits light faster is not bad.
Advantages:
1. The coating has high gloss, good leveling performance and high fullness;
2. The light agent is stable, easy to manage, and will not produce decomposition products after long-term use;
3. Excellent gloss and good ductility in the low area;
4. The process is simple to operate, easy to control, and has a large tolerance range of chloride ions.
5. Suitable for large and small hardware workpieces, such as lighting, electrical appliances, motor vehicle accessories, ornaments, etc., and also suitable for ABS plastic electroplating.
Preparation steps:
1. Inject one-third of pure water into the substitute tank (or spare tank) and heat it to 40-50°C. The chloride ion content of the pure water used should be less than 70 mg/L.
2. Add the required copper sulfate and stir until it is completely dissolved.
3. Add 5 g/L activated carbon powder and stir for at least 1 hour.
4. Use a filter pump to filter the solution into the cleaned electroplating tank, add pure water to the required volume of 90-92.
5. Slowly add the required pure sulfuric acid under strong stirring. At this time, a large amount of heat energy will be generated. The temperature should not exceed 60℃. Eye mask to ensure safety).
6. Cool the plating solution to 25℃.
7. Analyze the chloride ion content. If it is insufficient, add a proper amount of sodium chloride or hydrochloric acid to make the chloride ion content reach the standard range.
8. Add the appropriate amount of MK286 acid copper additive according to the above table and stir evenly.
9. After the electrolytic plating solution is 2 ampere hours/liter, it can be officially produced.
