How do we make this timer knob get such nice looking?

The process of this product is longer than other products.
First of all, we carry out a strict inspection on the material, as usual, to ensure that the surface of the material is free of impurities and blisters.
Then conduct the polishing of the surface, from each process we put the material nicely on a whiteboard, move to the next step.
After all the above process, go to the racking department, hang each knob onto the special hanger, then transfer to the rails move into auto plating line, arriving at the electroplating line, it will go through different tanks for the plating process. For this product, we stop after plating the first layer of nickel, move to dry house, get dried then unracking for laser engraving the numbers. Racking again after laser engraving to finish the rest of the plating process.
It takes about 4 hours for the whole process in the plating line.

Our factory is located in a beautiful Longxi electroplating garden. The plant area is about 5000 square meters. We have complete supporting facilities in our workshop and a clean environment.
