1）A-Z service: You provide your plastic parts 3D design drawings to us, our factory manufacture the injection mold, makes plastic injection and water plating, we deliver the well-finished plating parts to you.
2) B-Z service: If you have made the plastic injection mold, you can either send us the mold to do the plastic injection on our end, or you do the plastic injection at your end and send us the material for plating.

The plastic plating process is relatively long. First of all, we must carry out a strict inspection on the material received from the modeling injection department, to ensure that the surface of the material is free of impurities and blisters.
Then conduct the polishing of the surface, and then the insulating paint is sprayed according to the demand. From each process, we put the material nicely on a whiteboard, then move to the next step.
After all above process, go to the racking department, hang each material onto the electroplating hanger, then hang on to the rails move to the auto plating line, arriving at the electroplating line, it will go through different tanks for the plating whole process, there is QC inspection online, make sure everything is good.
It takes about 3 hours for the whole process in the plating line. Then after drying, the hangers move to finishing and packing line automatically, then unracking, 100% inspection, wrap each product with packing film, then pack into a box, packing method is based on customer requirement.

Polishing and plating are two different methods for surface treatment of ABS and other materials.
The former is mechanical treatment, and the latter is chemical treatment.
Electroplating: The process of using electrolysis to attach a layer of the metal film to the surface of a metal or other material. It can prevent corrosion, improve wear resistance, electrical conductivity, and reflectivity and enhance aesthetics.
Polishing: use flexible polishing tools and abrasive particles or other polishing media to modify the surface of the workpiece. Polishing cannot improve the dimensional accuracy or geometric accuracy of the workpiece, but aims to obtain a smooth surface or mirror gloss.
What’s the size range of the plating plastic parts you can make?
There is no size limitation for small parts; the largest size we can plate is 54cm in width and 120cm in length.
