Electroplating industry improvement
In order to optimize the industrial structure and regional layout of the electroplating industry, improve process equipment, safety and environmental management and clean production levels, and promote the standardized and sustainable development of the electroplating industry in the city, Zhenjiang has recently organized special rectification work within the city.
This round of rectification focuses on key areas such as industrial layout, production process equipment, risk emergency management and control, fire safety, and pollution prevention, and carries out industry-wide and full life-cycle rectification of the city’s electroplating industry. The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Bureau of Eco-Environment, and the Emergency Management Bureau jointly issued the "Special Remediation Plan for the Electroplating Industry in Zhenjiang City" recently, requiring all localities to strictly implement the work requirements of the municipal government on the special remediation of the electroplating industry, and further strictly implement the "three batches" Working ideas, strictly implement the rectification standards for special rectification, strictly implement the progress requirements of the special rectification, strictly implement the acceptance requirements for the rectification upgrade, and strictly implement the long-term supervision after the rectification.
The "Plan" lists 27 rectification standards, requiring that the situation mapping work be completed by the end of October this year, a list of problems, and a rectification plan should be formulated; before the end of the year, check the list of "hidden problems" to ensure that the problems are basically rectified and form phased rectification results; 2022 Supervise and urge relevant parks (enterprises) to complete the independent inspection and acceptance work before the end of March 2010; in the first half of 2022, deepen the rectification work, and make targeted inspections to fill vacancies to ensure expected results; before the end of July 2022, the Municipal Special Rectification Joint Conference Office will Take the lead in conducting supervision and spot checks on the rectification work in various places.
It is understood that through this round of rectification, the city will basically solve the outstanding problems of the electroplating enterprises in the city. At the same time, the industrial structure and regional layout of the electroplating industry will be significantly optimized, and the level of process equipment, safety protection, pollution prevention and clean production will be significantly improved.
