3. Matters needing attention.
The whole operation should be carried out when the bath temperature is lower than 40 ℃.
The time to sit is about 2-12 hours, not too long or too short.
ZJ can also add copper removal agent in proportion to the plating bath. After rest, the upper layer is filtered to a clean spare tank, the precipitation is filtered out, and then washed with water to make other copper salts.
