1. Filtration and recirculation filtration equipment
To ensure the quality of the plating, the plating solution needs to be filtered at regular intervals. Some types of plating also require the ability to circulate filtration continuously during work. Filtration machines are commonly used in the chemical industry and are therefore equipment for which there are industry standards.
However, it is also based on the company's own standards. The filter can be selected according to the type of plating and the size of the bath as well as the needs of the process.

2. Necessary accessories for plating baths
The necessary accessories for a plating bath include anodes and anode baskets or anode hooks, electrode rods, power cables, etc. Some plants do not use anode baskets to save on investment but use hooks to hang the anodes directly into the bath, but at least an anode sleeve must be attached. Most anode baskets are made of titanium, but a few plating types can also be made of stainless steel or steel.
The electrode rod is a conductive rod used to suspend the anode and cathode and connect them to the power supply. They are usually made of copper or brass rods, slightly longer than the plating bath, with a diameter determined by the current, but at least 5cm or more. The key to the power connection wire is to ensure that the required current can be passed. It is best to use purple copper sheets, but also multi-stranded cable wires, which must then meet the requirements for their cross-sectional area.
