4. The way to solve the quality problem.
Must have a good pre-plating plastic blank in the past, plastic plating manufacturers only consider whether ABS plastic or electroplating grade ABS plastic, otherwise do not consider, so that they may not be able to plating qualified parts. Like metal plating, unqualified blanks cannot be plated with qualified or good plated parts, especially the blanks of plastic products are more difficult to inspect than those of metal products. If they are not skilled quality inspectors of plastic blanks, it is not easy to see the defects of plastic blanks. After plating the finished products, they find "dots" or "stars", always thinking that it is a problem of electroplating. Therefore, attention should be paid to the plastic blank before plating. First of all, it is necessary to know whether the customer's products have been plated, especially whether the plastic injection parts are the first batch of injection, in order to determine the quality of the blank.
4.2 there must be a quality inspection process for plastic blanks. The quality inspection personnel must be staffed by experienced personnel who are familiar with plastic plating. Paying attention to this link is certainly beneficial to improve the stability of electroplating quality of batches of products, but many factories often disagree.
