1. Ordinary nickel plating bath: the nickel layer has fine crystallization, good toughness, easy polishing, better corrosion resistance than bright nickel, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
2. Total sulfate plating bath: the plating bath is cheap, the corrosion to the equipment is small, the toughness of the nickel layer is good, the internal stress is very small, the insoluble anode can be used, the formula is simple, the control is convenient, and the deposition speed is very fast.
3. Perchlorate plating bath and high chloride plating bath: the plating bath has good conductivity, good dispersion ability, fine crystallization and high internal stress. The hardness is HV230-260. it has high corrosion to the equipment and low concentration of main salt, so it can be electroplated with high current.
4. Semi-bright nickel plating bath: watt nickel as the basis to add additives, good leveling, sulfur content less than 0.005%.
5. Bright nickel plating bath: watt nickel as the basis to add additives, high flatness, all-bright, brittle coating, not suitable for thick plating, poor corrosion resistance.
6. Aminosulfonate plating bath: the plating bath has the advantages of high price, high deposition rate, low internal stress, good dispersion ability and good mechanical properties.
7. Fluoroborate bath: high price of the bath, good toughness of the coating, low internal stress, good conductivity of the bath, good anodic dissolution, low sensitivity to metal impurities and high corrosion to equipment.
8. Pyrophosphate plating bath: the plating bath is alkaline and has little corrosion to the equipment.
9. Satin nickel: the plating bath contains low cloud point surfactant or solid particles with a diameter of 0.1-1.0um.
10. Black nickel: the coating contains a certain amount of sulfur and zinc, black.
11. Hard nickel: the plating bath contains ammonium, the hardness of the coating can reach HV500, the strength and internal stress are high, and the toughness is poor.
