What is the definition of alloy coating?
The definition of alloy coating is any coating formed by co-deposition of two or more metals, no matter what kind of structure they exist in, as long as their grains are fine, the difference between them cannot be detected by our naked eyes, and In its composition, the amount of low-level metals is not less than 1%, and this kind of coating can be called alloy coating.
In some single metal plating, a small amount of metal brightener is used. For example, a small amount of lead is used as a luminescent agent in cyanide copper plating, and lead is also deposited in the cathode. However, we are not accustomed to calling it an alloy because its content in the coating is far less than 1%.
