1. Potion tank body: generally used materials are PP,PVC, stainless steel. PVC tank can be used if heating is not needed, PP tank can be used when the temperature is below 70 ℃, stainless steel tank can be used if the temperature exceeds 70 ℃, but electroplating tank is not available stainless steel tank (metal tank 0). In continuous plating, there are denominator slots and sub-slots. The master slot is used for electroplating solution, and the sub-trough is used for electroplating. At present, there are three ways to separate the mother slot, the same body and the same body. The design of the mother tank structure is relatively simple, only need to consider the flow, stirring, steady flow, positioning, cathode and anode distance and other factors.

In general, the washing tank is equipped with a single drain valve, while each electroplating bath is equipped with a double drain valve to avoid artificial negligence to drain the liquid. Each flume is provided with an overflow pipe to avoid full water flowing into other troughs.
5. Ventilation system: the electroplating equipment must be sealed (that is, there is an upper cover) in order to have the ventilation effect. An air outlet is set up in the medicine tank which mainly produces waste gas, and the exhaust air volume can be adjusted. Because the water content in the gas is extremely high, it is necessary to be equipped with a drainage device. The extracted gas must also be treated as waste gas.
6. Electric heating system: because the medicine tank needs to be heated, so the heating system is very important. The general heating system consists of heater, temperature sensor, liquid level sensor, temperature setter, TIMER, alarm and so on. Due to safety problems, it is necessary to have an automatic power-off system without water. Titanium is the most useful material soaked in the potion, but in the strong alkali medicine tank, stainless steel or Teflon is recommended.
7. Cooling system: generally there are direct freezing method and indirect freezing method. The direct freezing method is to pump the medicine into the freezer for cooling, and this method has a good freezing effect. The indirect freezing rule is to drain the cooling pipe in the potion tank but freeze the potion indirectly. This method has poor freezing effect and is difficult to clear the trough. The heat dissipation methods of freezers are water cooling (cooling water tower) and air cooling (fan). If the tin-lead potion can be kept at a low temperature for 24 hours, it will not cause turbidity.
8. Electric control system: in addition to the electric control of the above heating and cooling system, there are also pumps, filters, oscillators, rectifiers, drives, ovens, blowers and so on, which are usually controlled by the power control box. The rectifier and transmission are set as connecting devices.
9. Scraping equipment: in continuous electroplating equipment, scraping methods include the use of rubber scraper, brush, air blowing, absorbent sponge and so on. Among them, the air blowing method has the best effect, but the cost is the highest. at present, there are air compressor generation type and blower generation type. The poor terminal structure (easy to deform) is not suitable for brushes and scrapers, and silicone rubber scrapers are suitable for flat terminals.
10. Drying system: after the end of electroplating, the water droplets on the terminal surface must be removed, otherwise the drying effect will be very poor. Generally dry ovens use HEATER or IR and dry under hot air circulation. The oven shall have a temperature control device.
11. Discharge system: the general discharge methods are horizontal and vertical. The discharge area is provided with a paper winding device, which connects the switch and locates the guide wheel. If the production speed is fast, it should be equipped with buffer wiring.

14. Rectifier: at present, there are controllable silicon rectifier, transistor rectifier, variable frequency rectifier, pulse rectifier and so on. Because the DC current waviness affects the range of current density, the smaller the filtering degree is, the wider the operable current density is, which is usually less than 3%. Among them, the frequency conversion rectifier is the best, and the filtering degree is about 0.1%.
15. Locator: generally used in the medicine tank are fixed (for full immersion) and adjusted (for optional plating or considering current distribution), while the materials used are acid-and alkali-resistant and heat-resistant plastics, glass, ceramics and so on. As for the locators outside the medicine tank, most of them use stainless steel.
16. Cathode and anode: the specification of cathode (anode) conductive wire is = = maximum operating current / 4 * (number of lines). If the current is 100 amperes and there are two wires, the cross section of the wire should be at least 12.5 square millimeters. There are two kinds of anodes: soluble anode and insoluble anode.
17. Agitator: in order to promote electroplating efficiency, increase electroplating uniformity and increase current density, it is necessary to strengthen the stirring effect. Generally there are strong water flow stirring, cathode vibrating stirring, ultrasonic stirring, air stirring and so on.
