Process flow: barrel "electrochemical deoiling" hot water washing "cold water washing" acid etching "water washing" activation "roll galvanizing ferroalloy" empty tank to take out liquid "cleaning" human passivation barrel "cleaning" passivation "hot seal" drying.
1. Pre-plating treatment.
(1) Electrochemical oil removal.
(2) acid etching.
HCL500mL/L, additive 40-50MLL/L, water 450-460mL/L, room temperature min2-5.
Features: low acidity, no acid fog, no environmental pollution, good effect, both rust and light oil removal, the cost is also lower than acid pickling.
(3) Activation.
HCI (A ·K) 10-20ml/L, remaining water, room temperature 2-3min.
Features: it can not only remove the floating rust in front of the roll plating bath, ensure a good adhesion between the substrate and the coating, but also stabilize the pH value of the solution.
2. Roll plating.

(1) Formula composition.
Zncl240-70g LMaget KCI or NaCI (refined salt) 180-230g ZFML A cylinder opener 15-20mL ZF brightener 6-12mL ZFrelink B regulator 5-10ml prime LMague pH 3.5-5.5-60 ℃, 100g-300A/ poke, the ratio of Zn,Fe anodes is (10-12): 1. Roll plating does not use pure iron anode, drum speed 8-10r/nvn, coating iron content 0.2%-0.8%.
(2) solution preparation.
First, dissolve ZnCL2 and KCI in 1 stroke 2 volume of water, add zinc powder and powdered activated carbon 1g/L respectively, treat the filter trough, and adjust pH to 4 with reagent hydrochloric acid. Dissolve Wei's solution with water, add people into a container of FeSO4 solution dissolved in 10 times water, immediately turbid the solution, sit until clear, transparent and colorless, dilute ZF-A cylinder opener and ZF bright #} n with 1-2 times water (cold water in summer and autumn, hot water in winter and spring), dilute ZF-B regulator with 3 times water, add water to the required volume, stir evenly, electrolyze for 4 hours and try plating.
3. Post-processing.
The brightness of zinc coating can be improved by nitric acid, and that of zinc-iron alloy can be improved by nitric acid. The purpose is to remove the extremely thin impurity film on the surface of the coating, make the bright coating clearer and ensure the good adhesion between the coating and the passivation film. This passivation process can obtain silver-white, blue-white, color, army green to black appearance passivation film with very low chromium content, which is 0.5-5g/L. There is no need to clean after passivation. No environmental pollution.
