Product Introduction

Plastic plating-what are the methods of surface treatment.
Huizhou Boluo Tenglong Technology Co., Ltd. serves you wholeheartedly! Mainly engaged in plastic hydroelectroplating processing, with plastic injection molding processing, mold processing and so on!
In the process of mechanical production and processing, a variety of surface treatment processes can meet our performance requirements for mechanical parts and products, so what are the different methods of surface treatment?
The common surface treatment processes are: spraying, baking paint, electroplating, anodizing, infiltration, oil blasting and sandblasting.
Spraying: use pressure or electrostatic force to attach paint or powder to the surface of the workpiece, so that the workpiece has the effect of anticorrosion and appearance decoration.
Baking paint: apply primer and topcoat on the substrate, each time you paint, send it to a dust-free temperature baking room and bake it.
Electroplating: the process of attaching a metal film to the surface of a metal or other material by electrolysis. It can prevent corrosion, improve wear resistance, electrical conductivity, reflectivity and beauty.
Anodizing: electrochemical oxidation of metals or alloys. The metal or alloy parts are used as anodes, and the oxide film is formed on the surface by electrolysis. Metal oxide films change the surface state and properties, such as surface coloring, improving corrosion resistance, wear resistance and hardness, protecting metal surface and so on.
Infiltration: it is a kind of micro-pore (fine seam) infiltration sealing process. The sealing medium (usually low viscosity liquid) is infiltrated into the micropores (fine seams) by means of natural infiltration (that is, micropore self-suction), vacuum and pressure, and the gaps are filled. Then the sealing medium in the gap is solidified by natural (room temperature), cooling or heating to achieve the role of sealing gap.
Oil spray: a way of spraying paint on the surface of a product and drying it naturally.
Sandblasting: using compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the spray material (copper sand, quartz sand, carborundum, iron sand, sea sand) onto the surface of the workpiece to be treated at a high speed, so that the appearance or shape of the outer surface of the workpiece surface is changed. due to the impact and cutting effect of abrasives on the workpiece surface, the workpiece surface has a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness. The mechanical properties of the workpiece surface are improved, so the fatigue resistance of the workpiece is improved, the adhesion between the workpiece and the coating is increased, the durability of the film is prolonged, and it is also beneficial to the leveling and decoration of the coating.

Polishing: using flexible polishing tools and abrasive particles or other polishing media to modify the surface of the workpiece. Polishing can not improve the dimensional accuracy or geometric accuracy of the workpiece, but for the purpose of obtaining a smooth surface or specular luster, and sometimes to eliminate gloss (extinction). Polishing wheels are usually used as polishing tools. The polishing wheel is generally made of multi-layer canvas, felt or leather, the two sides are clamped with metal round plates, and its flange is coated with polishing agent made of fine powder abrasive and grease. When polishing, the high-speed rotating polishing wheel (circumferential speed is more than 20m / s) is pressed to the workpiece, so that the abrasive produces rolling and micro-cutting on the workpiece surface, thus obtaining a bright machined surface with a surface roughness of up to Ra0.63~0.01 microns; when non-greasy extinction polishing agent is used, the bright surface can be extincted to improve its appearance. When the requirement of the product surface is slightly lower, the method of drum polishing is often used. During rough polishing, a large number of abrasives and products are put in the tank drum, and when the drum rotates, the products and abrasives roll and collide randomly in the cylinder in order to remove the surface protuberance and reduce the surface roughness.
Shot blasting: the shot blasting machine and centrifugal force are used to project the workpiece surface at a high speed, especially to clean the dead angle of the workpiece cavity, so as to achieve the required brightness, cleanliness, roughness and strengthen the workpiece surface. greatly improve the service life and aesthetics of the parts.
Ultrasonic cleaning is the use of ultrasonic cavitation in the liquid, acceleration and direct flow effect on the liquid and dirt directly and indirectly, so that the dirt layer is dispersed, emulsified and stripped to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
