1. The moderate elasticity of the hook must be ensured to avoid poor electroplating caused by too much elastic force resulting in product deformation or too small elastic force resulting in poor electrical conductivity.
2. Products with sharp angles must be placed in the middle area of the hanger or a special hanger that uses an auxiliary cathode.
3. For products with only one sharp corner, the sharp corner position must be corresponding to the middle area of the hanger, in order to prevent the product tip burr or scorch and other bad phenomena.
4, be sure to ensure that the hanger hook is clean, for the hanger with glue or coating cleaning will lead to poor electroplating (leakage plating, breakdown, etc.).
