Is there a size limitation of the plastic parts you can plate?
There is no size limitation for small parts as long as it is designed for plating.
The largest size we can plate is 54cm in width and 120cm in length.

FAQ
Q: Can you plate plastic parts especially small sizes like Lego bricks small parts?
A： We can, but the parts must be designed for plating. We do not accept loose finished pieces because there is no better way to rack them on the hanger, they cannot be perfectly plated.
Q: What will be the normal wastage for plating parts?
A： It depends on the plating requirement, for simple normal plating, the wastage is around 5-8%.
If shielding is requested, the normal wastage is around 8-12%.
If engraving logo and printing are requested, the wastage is around 15-20%.
Q: How to determine a plated parts cost?
A： When you do the costing, get a plating factory quotation first, then add the above wastage into consideration.
