Q: How do we work with customers?
A: There are two options:
1) Customers can provide us with plastic materials for electroplating only.
2) Customers directly provide 3D design drawings, and we complete mold manufacturing, injection molding and electroplating.
Q: Can your plastic electroplating parts be exported to Europe and the United States?
A: sure. The quality of our products meets European and American quality standards, and we have SGS certification, UL certification & CE certification. We support all required tests.
Q: If quality problems are found, what will you do?
A: We will actively respond to customer quality complaints, first find out the cause, and find out the root of the problem. If it is a quality problem caused by our company, we will redo it and send it to the customer.
